Practicing Regularly

Practice of mindfulness-another way to raise awareness about what we’re doing.
Even if doing so for many of the activities we do during the day is too time-consuming, stop for one or two activities to be fully present. After dinner, that could be going for a walk. The aim is to get completely involved in all facets of the operation. Instead of thinking a thousand thoughts and doing our activity, bring our full awareness of what we’re doing to
every aspect. Offer it the time it deserves and the energy. See how valuable we are in everything we do.
